Archik Atelier Architecture is an initiative of Ms Deepty Nunkoo who have an extensive experience in the field of Architecture, Project Management and Interior Decoration. Deepty is a graduate from Moscow and she has worked for the Government of Mauritius/investors at international level on numerous projects as well as interna to offer her services as an architect and as a project manager. Some of the projects on which she has worked are the recently constructed prison, various police stations across the country, hospitals, schools and renovation of various publicly owned buildings.
Deepty has a solid track record in the field of real estate and she is well verse with the real estate projects such as Property Development Scheme, Real Estate Scheme, IRS, Ground+2 or smart cities. Deepty possesses the necessary local and international expertise to bring to fruition a project from the design of plans, application of the various permits and monitoring the project from inception to completion including the service of interior decoration.
